Plumlife Rebrand
Plumlife

Plumlife are a leading property organisation, specialising in Shared Ownership. Proud to be a ‘Profit for Purpose’ organization, they don’t just create homes, they help create communities. Over the years, the company had grown and were keen to develop a new brand identity that better reflected their expanded offer.

After a comprehensive creds pitch process we were subsequently commissioned to develop the new brand. The project began with brand workshops, competitor research, and brand positioning development before eventually culminating in a new verbal and visual brand identity.

The visual identity plays on the concept of part owned spaces by using overlapping graphic shapes to create both the logo and supporting illustrations.

Alternate colourways were applied to the separate divisions within the company and a selection of fun, home related, illustrations were developed to work alongside the logo and reflect the company’s expert, modern but approachable positioning.

Bottom left is a photograph from the events booth in situ and to the right has 3 social media comment bubbles saying 'Looks amazing, well done to you all', 'Looks great & love the new branding' and 'I love the new branding it was a great show.'
We needed our new brand to both excite customers and inspire trust and the end result delivered by The Chase, does exactly that. We’re really grateful to have been taken on an exciting brand journey that was led by innovative and creative designers that still engaged our team and took our points into consideration.

This is just the beginning too. We’re looking forward to growing our brand further in collaboration with The Chase. Stay tuned!
