The Chase

Before a mouse clicks or a thought bubble pops, it’s vital that we create a client/consultancy team that has clear understanding of what, exactly, the project is intended to achieve.

We can’t do that in a vacuum.

First we’ll listen, hear everything you have to say: then go away and experience for ourselves all the things that you told us.

The second stage is to report our findings, demonstrate our understanding, and underline the objectives of the brief.

Finally we’ll endeavour to string those objectives into a single statement which will stay at the heart of the project, until its conclusion: exactly the process you will see now.
